Backtest

A separate lab — nothing here touches your real balance or rules
Simulated trades only. Completely separate storage from your funded and eval trades — nothing you log here can ever reach the dashboard, the balance, or the daily rules.
Drop a screenshot from your backtester anywhere on this page — entry, stop, target, size and P&L get read off it automatically. It opens ready for you to tag the setup and write notes, same as any other trade.
Sending this to Claude: Copy for Claude puts a full summary on your clipboard — every trade, broken down by setup and by day, with your live numbers alongside for comparison. Paste it straight into a chat. Download gives you the same thing as a .txt to attach instead.

How the rules actually differ — and how to support the journal

Rules, data, and the screenshot reader
Rules
New York opens 15:30 your time. Entries outside this window get flagged.
Today shows your journal balance against this. If they drift apart, a trade is missing or wrong.
Eight steps, takes about two minutes.
Theme
Accent
Corners
These drive the Today rules and the payout tracker.
When an account ends and you start a new one, log it here. The balance tile resets to the new account's starting figure — every trade stays in your journal and your stats keep the full history.
If your CSV exports gross P&L but your firm reports net, setting commission correctly makes these match to the cent.
AI features — entirely optional

Four features can use an Anthropic API key: reading trades off a screenshot, reading stop and target from a chart, finding patterns in your mistakes log, and the Ask tab.

Everything else works without one. Rules, analytics, backtesting, calendar, imports and exports are all local and need no key. Your key is stored in this browser and sent straight to Anthropic — there is no server in between.

Data

Trades live in this browser. Export before you clear anything.

Repair

Rows with the same date, minute and direction are usually one trade that got imported twice across separate CSV passes. Check each against your broker before removing it.

Reconcile against your broker

Paste your broker's daily P&L — one line per day, date then amount. Any format works: 2026-07-02 129.02, 07/02/2026, $129.02. This finds the exact day a missing or mis-typed trade is hiding on.

Payouts

Money you have withdrawn. Subtracted from cumulative P&L to give the balance on Today, so it matches what your firm shows.

Screen lock

A PIN keeps casual eyes off the numbers if the tab is left open. It is not real security — anyone who can view the page source can read past it, so do not treat a hosted copy as private.

Set it up
Two minutes. Everything here is editable later in Settings, and all of it stays on this device.
Trades outside this get flagged. Use your own clock, not the exchange's.
Fixed dollar risk. Contracts get worked out from your stop distance, not the other way round.
MNQ is $2/pt, MES $5/pt. Check your broker for commission — it moves the numbers more than people expect.
Check your firm's rules — they vary a lot between providers.
Off by default. Public-domain text, nothing tracked.
Everything stays in your browser — no account, no server, nothing sent anywhere. Back up via Settings → Export, because clearing browser data wipes it.
